TSG has provided training for Kids Central of Florida, one of the State’s outsourced Child Welfare Community Based Care agencies. The trainings were in the area of front line case worker supervision, effective child welfare management principles, and quality control and continuous quality improvement. Kids Central is a Florida Sterling Award recipient due to its effective Child Welfare management service measures. The TSG team has assisted Kids Central leadership staff in developing leadership training and other areas of interest to improve the safety and well-being of Florida’s foster care children.
