Identify opportunities in the pediatric home care and private duty nursing regulatory environment in multiple states. Our work included conducting a deep dive analysis i to assess any additional opportunities, meet with Medicaid officials, regulators and health plan representatives in both states, as well as conduct further research and gather additional intelligence to help our client to better understand the Medicaid market, additional opportunities, such as alternative funding streams, alternative payment models or any impact on future rates and/or regulatory environment that could be important factors in making an future decision related to growth and revenue for the company. This included an environmental scan of Medicaid markets with an emphasis on how Medicaid leadership’s approach to Pediatric home health, including their payment approaches and any innovation or area of interest for making key growth decisions.
