Lindsay Littlefield brings nearly two decades of experience in health and human services, with a strong background in both state government and consulting. She began her career in legislative and policy roles at the Texas Legislative Budget Board, where she honed her expertise in developing budget and policy recommendations to improve state government operations. Her work in these roles focused on business development, strategic planning, and market operations.
In her consulting career, Lindsay has been deeply involved in transformative projects for health and human services systems across several states. As a senior consultant with TSG, she has led high-impact projects, including a multi-year transformation initiative with Texas Child Protective Services and child welfare assessments in Nebraska and Mississippi. Her experience includes working closely with state agencies, facilitating stakeholder meetings, conducting process mapping sessions, and advising executive leadership on policy and operational improvements. She has also been a key player in helping state clients navigate change management, project oversight, and external reporting, often providing testimony before policy and budget committees.
Lindsay’s diverse expertise spans executive leadership, state government policy, and hands-on project management in health and human services. Her ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver strategic insights has made her a valuable asset in both the public and private sectors. She holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
